REIKI
What is Reiki?
The practice of Reiki is an original method of healing, developed by Mikao Usui in Japan, which is activated by intention. It works on every level not just the physical.
The Japanese word Reiki means 'Universal Energy'. Eastern medicine has always recognised and worked with this energy, which flows through all living things and is vital to well-being. Known as 'ki' in Japan, 'chi' in China and 'prana' in India. Acupuncture, T'ai chi and yoga are also based on the free-flow of this energy in a person.
Reiki is a non-invasive therapy whose purpose is to treat holistically and to restore balance.
REIKI TRAINING DAYS
Reiki I
In our Reiki I training we learn abour Reiki history, philosophy, ethics and social responsibility. You will receive two attunements to Reiki Universal Life Force, which creates a higher vibration within.
You will learn simple and effective ways of utilising Reiki energy and be shown some simple basic hand positions but will be encouraged to use your intuition. From this course you will have the skill, knowledge and ability to transmit Reiki for yourself, family, friends and pets.
The cost of the day is £125
Reiki II Student must hold Reiki I certificate.
Reiki II opens a new pathway for us and the opportunity to access the Universal Life Force energy in ways we could never have imagined possible,
It is a deepening of intention and a raising of the vibration in the student. Symbols for empowerment, mental and emotional healing and long distance healing are taught.
You will learn to use Reiki to create acred spaces, clear rooms, houses and workspaces of negative energies, empowering goalsm long distance healing and amplifying other energy work.
On completion of this course students will be at practitione level and with the correct insurance will be able to charge for their work.

Reiki III - Master/Teacher Students must hold Reiki II certificate

ANIMAL/EQUINE REIKI
Students must hold at least a Reiki I certificate
Animals receive and enjoy Reiki in a very natural way. They are by nature very accepting of the gentle warmth and vibrations experienced during a Reiki session. Animals are very open with fewer blocks to healing and the sessions usually have very specific positive results.
Using Reiki with them can accelerate their healing process, ease pain and improve or help to continue their quality of life.
Animals enjoy Reiki - the extra attention and feeling of the energy draws them to the Reiki healer, who sends Reiki via simply stroking or touchig the animal.
For this workshop we use horses as we consider them one of the easiest animals to learn with.
During the morning we will discuss the theory, but the rest of the day is aimed at practical, hands on experience. We want you to work with several animals throughout the day and to observe animals receiving Reiki from other students.
